  • Weekly client communications to provide marketplace intelligence including results of multiple search strategies and networking and candidate identification related to the search.
  • In an extremely tight labor market we help keep the process moving forward working closely with your firm to accommodate chaotic schedules and develop candidate itineraries.
  • To quote one of our clients, "We are in it for the marathon, not the sprint." We must continue to perform to retain your business.

Our Search Process

  • Develop the "candidate profile" to be recruited which will be used to identify and attract a "short list" of first-rate candidates to be considered by the hiring executive.
  • Written Letter of Agreement which will include: position specifications, framework for conducting the search, anticipated timeframe, project guarantee, compensation to be offered, fee arrangement, and engagement summary.
  • Prepare "promotion" page to be utilized in the marketplace and submit to client contact prior to release in the marketplace.
  • In-house research function will execute multiple recruiting strategies into the marketplace.
  • One-page introductory candidate descriptions will be presented selectively to include career experience and resume, telephone assessment, reason for considering a change of employment, current compensation and requirements, education, and consultant comments and recommendations.
  • Written project activity report every four weeks, as well as regular telephone or e-mail "updates" with designated client contact to keep communication process "active" and "open."
  • Written reference reports are provided after initial interview process has been completed. Upon client request, all degrees and certifications are verified when an offer is extended.
  • Offers and contracts for employment are typically negotiated through the search firm.
  • High touch personalized approach to work with any spouse/family relocation issues.
  • "Condition" candidate to provide verbal and written notification to present employer.
  • Follow up with candidate and client to ensure a successful transition into the new role.
